Adjustable roller assembly for medium- and heavy-duty sliding doors.
Wheel structure: Bearing-supported dual wheels mounted on a steel shaft inside a stainless steel or iron housing, with a separate adjustment screw for height setting. Wheel, bearing and bracket specifications follow the approved drawing.
This adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel sliding door roller combines two running wheels with a load-bearing shaft and a height-adjustment mechanism. The paired wheels distribute the panel reaction across a wider section of track, while the adjustment screw lets the installer align the door after it has been mounted.
The specification lists POK, PPSU, copper or SS420 as outer-wheel choices, with 625ZZ and 608ZZ examples. Inner bearing options include high-carbon steel, bearing steel, stainless steel or a customized material, and the housing can be SS201 or iron.
The steel shaft, +/-0.1 mm confirmed-dimension tolerance and customizable structure make the unit suitable for sliding doors, guide rails, industrial tracks and furniture hardware. Exact wheel size, groove, bracket, load rating and adjustment travel must be confirmed from the project drawing.
Product Applications
The assembly is intended for guided panels that require a robust, adjustable running point:
-
Heavy sliding doors: dual wheels share the door reaction while the shaft connects the unit to the frame or bracket.
-
Industrial guide rails: the bearing structure and engineering-plastic wheel support repeated movement along a compatible track.
-
Door and window systems: the adjustment screw allows the roller height to be set during installation.
-
Furniture hardware: the compact assembly can guide cabinet, wardrobe or partition panels in suitable tracks.
-
Replacement projects: wheel size, bearing model, shaft geometry and fixing positions can be matched to an original roller.
-
OEM industrial equipment:
