1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the business relationship between HUNE Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("HUNE", "we", "us", or "our") and our business customers ("Customer", "you", or "your") for the provision of custom injection-molded rollers, sliding rollers, metal hardware, and related manufacturing services.

By placing an order or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our manufacturing specifications.

2. Manufacturing Services

2.1 Service Scope

Custom injection-molded rollers and sliding components
Metal hardware manufacturing and processing
OEM & ODM production based on customer drawings
CNC machining, stamping, and precision manufacturing

2.2 Minimum Order Quantities

Standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per item. Low MOQ options may be available for certain products with adjusted pricing. Free samples are provided for evaluation purposes.

5. International Trade Terms

5.1 Global Markets Served

We serve customers in USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Indonesia, and other international markets.

Shipping & Delivery

• FOB, CIF, or DDP terms available

Payment Terms

• 30-50% deposit, balance before shipment

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

6.1 Customer IP Protection

All customer drawings, designs, and specifications remain the exclusive property of the customer. HUNE maintains strict confidentiality and will not reproduce or share customer designs without written authorization.

6.2 Manufacturing Rights

Customers grant HUNE the right to manufacture products according to provided specifications solely for the customer's account and not for any third parties.

7. Warranties & Liability

7.1 Product Warranty

Products are warranted to meet agreed specifications and be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

HUNE's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Important Notice

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Modifications to specifications may result in additional costs and extended delivery times.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
