Product Overview
Our custom silicone rubber seal for washing machine dispensers is a moulded, rounded rectangular sealing component with formed sealing lips and a locating feature. It is designed to fit between mating parts within a detergent or fabric softener dispensing assembly.
When compressed according to the specified assembly design, the silicone profile helps seal the relevant interface, reduce unwanted liquid leakage and support the correct operation of the dispensing or self-cleaning unit. The compound can be specified for resistance to oxidation and yellowing and for retaining the required sealing shape.
This product is intended for washing machine manufacturers, detergent dispenser suppliers, appliance component manufacturers and OEM customers requiring a seal developed for a specific assembly rather than a standard replacement part.
Selection should be based on the installation dimensions, mating-part geometry, seal compression, silicone hardness, liquid contact, operating conditions and inspection requirements. A drawing, physical sample or complete assembly specification should be confirmed before tooling and bulk production.
