This POM bearing roller with threaded stud combines a plastic running surface, a ball bearing and a direct mounting feature in one compact assembly. The threaded stud allows the roller to be secured to a bracket, frame or machine panel without a separate loose axle. The bearing supports wheel rotation while the POM outer wheel contacts the guide track or moving component.
The roller can be used to support or guide movement in sliding tracks, conveyor side guides, automation equipment and compact mechanical systems. Its exact function depends on the installation. A side guide roller experiences a different load from a wheel that supports the weight of a sliding panel, so the load direction and number of rollers must be confirmed before selection.

Wheel Dimensions and Running Profile
Wheel diameter, overall width and running profile can be reviewed against the customer’s track or contact surface. Flat, grooved and flanged profiles perform different guiding functions. Please provide a track section or sample so the contact position can be evaluated.
POM Material and Bearing Options
The POM grade and bearing configuration should be selected for the actual load, speed, duty cycle and environment. If the application requires a specific resin grade, bearing reference, seal or shield arrangement, include it on the drawing.
Threaded Stud Configuration
Thread diameter, pitch, stud length, locating shoulder, metal material and surface treatment can be evaluated for the customer’s bracket. The bracket thickness, locking method and required tool access should be supplied with the request.
Existing Structure or New Tooling
HUNE can compare the requested roller with available structures. When the main wheel and bearing arrangement are suitable, secondary machining may be considered for selected features. New tooling may be recommended when the required profile, dimensions or bearing interface differs substantially.
