Confirm the Bearing Bore
Match the bearing bore with the shaft or mounting pin.
Check the Installation Space
Confirm the maximum wheel diameter and overall width.
Match the Groove Profile
Compare the groove with the cord, cable or rail diameter.
Confirm the Working Conditions
Provide the load, speed, duty cycle and operating environment.
Existing Moulds and Customisation
When an existing mould matches the required wheel diameter and overall width, we may adjust the groove width or groove depth by secondary machining. This can reduce tooling costs and shorten sample preparation.
New tooling is recommended only when the required dimensions or structure cannot be achieved from an existing design.
