Two-wheel sliding door roller built around a fixed steel shaft.
Wheel structure: Pair of bearing-supported plastic running wheels mounted on one metal axle. Wheel material, bearing model and shaft configuration follow the approved project drawing.
This double wheel sliding door roller with steel shaft gives a sliding panel two rolling contact points on a shared axle. The wheel pair spreads the door reaction over a wider section of the track, while the fixed shaft provides the connection to the door frame, bracket or mounting plate.
The listed outer materials include nylon, POM, PU and custom compounds. Bearing options cover high-carbon steel, bearing steel, stainless steel or a project-specific material, with 626ZZ, 608ZZ and 625ZZ examples. The iron shaft and a tolerance of +/-0.1 mm are stated for confirmed dimensions.
Selection should consider door material, panel weight, track cross-section, wheel spacing, shaft length and expected operating frequency. The complete wheel, bearing and shaft must be reviewed as one assembly rather than chosen from wheel diameter alone.
Product Applications
The assembly suits track-guided doors and panels that benefit from two rolling points:
-
Aluminium sliding doors: two wheels share the moving panel load along the bottom track.
-
Glass shower doors: a compact axle-mounted roller provides guidance in a low-profile shower rail.
-
Wooden sliding doors: the wheel pair can reduce side movement while the fixed shaft transfers the reaction into the door structure.
-
Sliding windows: the roller supports residential or commercial window panels in compatible track profiles.
-
Cabinet and furniture doors: the compact assembly guides light panels inside a furniture channel.
