Custom V-Groove Steel Roller with 6205-2RS Bearing

Product Overview
Our custom V-groove steel roller combines a machined 45 steel outer wheel with a 6205-2RS sealed deep-groove ball bearing. It is designed for matching V-shaped tracks in sliding gate, sliding door and custom track-guidance systems.
The machined V-groove helps locate the wheel on the matching track and guide the moving structure along the required path. The internal bearing allows the wheel to rotate around the shaft when correctly installed.
The 45 steel wheel is supplied with a coloured electroplated finish. The separate shaft is manufactured from carbon steel and finished by electroplating.
Wheel dimensions, V-groove geometry and shaft specifications should be confirmed according to the customer’s drawing, sample, matching track and installation position. We recommend testing the roller in the complete assembly before placing a bulk order.
Applications
Sliding Gate Track Systems
The V-groove roller can be used with a compatible V-shaped track in sliding gate systems.
Industrial Sliding Doors
It can be used as a bottom supporting or guiding roller in suitable industrial sliding door assemblies.
Custom Track-Guidance Equipment
The wheel and shaft can be developed for custom equipment that uses a matching V-shaped running track.
