Wheel structure: Two guide wheels carried by a movable mounting assembly. Wheel material, bearing type, adjustment direction and bracket geometry are confirmed from the approved project drawing.
An adjustable double wheel upper guide roller stabilizes the top edge of a sliding door while the panel travels along its upper channel. The twin wheels create two separate alignment points, which can reduce wandering and keep the panel square to the track through the full slide.
The adjustable carriage lets the installer set the wheel position after the door has been fitted. This helps absorb normal frame and panel tolerances and makes it easier to tune lateral clearance without changing the lower support system.
In most layouts, this upper roller provides guidance rather than carrying the primary door load. Selection therefore depends on the track cross-section, wheel contact surface, panel construction, adjustment access and the complete door support arrangement. Wheel spacing, diameter, bracket size and fixing positions should all be approved together.
