Machined Steel Sliding Window Roller with Stamped Bracket

Product Overview
This machined steel sliding window roller combines a bearing-supported running wheel with a formed metal bracket. The pictured version uses a machined 45 steel wheel and a 688ZZ bearing, while the wheel and housing materials can be adjusted for project-specific requirements.
The wheel runs against a compatible track while the internal bearing supports rotation. The stamped bracket positions the wheel inside the surrounding window profile and provides the required mounting points for installation.
This product is intended for sliding-window manufacturers, window hardware suppliers, replacement-parts distributors and OEM customers requiring a roller assembly matched to a specific frame and track system. It is not presented as a universal replacement roller.
Selection should be based on the wheel diameter and width, running-surface profile, bearing specification, bracket dimensions, mounting-hole spacing, track geometry and operating environment. A drawing, sample or complete installation dimensions should be checked before production.
Applications
Custom Sliding Window Systems
Used as a bottom running roller in compatible sliding-window frames where the wheel, bracket and mounting positions are confirmed against the track.
Replacement Window Hardware
The complete assembly can be developed from an existing roller sample or drawing when the original wheel and bracket must be reproduced.
Compact Sliding Panel Assemblies
The roller may also be considered for lightweight sliding panels with a compatible rail and installation space, subject to assembly testing.
