Roller assembly for uPVC sliding screen windows and compatible sliding panels.
Wheel structure: One or two nylon running wheels mounted on an iron shaft inside a zinc alloy or SS304 housing, with a selectable bearing arrangement and a zinc-plated finish. The final wheel, bearing and axle specification follows the approved drawing.
This uPVC sliding screen window roller assembly is designed to place a low-friction nylon wheel inside a compact window-frame chamber. The wheel follows the lower or side track while the bearing supports rotation and the housing transfers the reaction into the frame.
The product range lists high-carbon steel, bearing steel, stainless steel or customized bearings, with 626ZZ, 608ZZ and 625ZZ types among the available configurations. Outer wheel choices include nylon, POM, POK, PPSU, PU and other approved compounds.
Single-wheel and double-wheel versions can be reviewed for different load distributions. Frame space, track profile, axle length, wheel diameter, mounting position and required adjustment must be checked together before the assembly is released.
Product Applications
The roller is intended for compact sliding systems where a polymer wheel must run smoothly inside a defined frame:
-
uPVC screen windows: the nylon wheel follows the frame track while the compact housing fits within the available window chamber.
-
Sliding window systems: the bearing-supported wheel provides the rolling interface between the sash and matching rail.
-
Aluminium sliding doors: a single or double wheel layout can be selected when the frame section and track geometry allow.
-
Wardrobe and cabinet doors: the roller can guide furniture panels where a low-friction wheel is required.
-
Screen doors: the polymer running surface helps the screen panel move along its guide without direct metal contact.
-
Furniture sliding rails: the compact assembly can be used in cabinet and furniture track systems.
-
Light industrial sliding equipment: the housing and wheel options can be reviewed for guided movement in compatible rails.
-
Custom track-guided equipment:
