DOOR & WINDOW ROLLER SOLUTIONS

Roller Hardware for Sliding Doors, Windows and Wardrobe Systems

HUNE manufactures roller hardware for sliding doors, windows and wardrobes. Our factory combines metal stamping, injection moulding, machining and assembly to produce roller brackets, housings, mounting plates and related components.

With in-house stamping equipment, we can develop hardware from customer drawings, samples or installation requirements. We support component design, tooling development and custom production, and can supply separate metal parts or assemble them with roller wheels, bearings and shafts.

ROLLER HARDWARE SUPPLY & CUSTOMISATION

Roller Hardware, Custom Stamped Parts and Assembly

We supply roller hardware for sliding doors, windows and wardrobes, including individual components and assembled units. Send us your drawing, sample or installation dimensions. We can compare existing models or review a custom design for your wheel, bracket and mounting requirements.

Bottom rollers carry the door or window sash and provide the main rolling contact with the lower track. This group includes V-groove window rollers, POM window rollers, UPVC screen window rollers, double-wheel rollers and related support assemblies.

Existing Roller Hardware for Your Track and Frame

We can compare your requirements with our existing bottom rollers, upper guide rollers and hanger assemblies. Matching includes wheel diameter and width, groove profile, bracket dimensions, fixing-hole spacing and adjustment range.
Share the track cross-section and installation dimensions so we can identify a suitable model. Sample fitting in your frame and track helps confirm compatibility before a bulk order.

Upper guide and adjustable roller assemblies help stabilise the panel, maintain alignment and control lateral movement inside the upper track. Spring-loaded, double-wheel and adjustable structures can be selected according to the available profile space and installation method.

Custom Stamped Brackets, Housings and Mounting Plates

Our factory has metal stamping equipment to manufacture roller brackets, housings and mounting plates. We can produce parts from your drawing or develop a component design from your sample and installation requirements.
Custom options include material, sheet thickness, hole spacing, formed shape and mounting position. We review the design and tooling requirements before quotation. Stamped parts can be supplied separately for your own assembly.

Assembled Roller Hardware for Your Production Line

We can assemble roller wheels, bearings, shafts and stamped hardware into units for your production line. The component specification and assembly method are agreed before production.
Sample checks can cover mounting fit, wheel rotation, shaft retention and adjustment movement. For load-bearing assemblies, please provide the panel weight, roller arrangement and required test conditions so we can review the validation requirements with you.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Metal Stamping, Hardware Design and Roller Assembly

We produce metal components and assembled roller hardware for door, window and furnituremanufacturers. Bracket dimensions, mounting points and component fit can be developedaround the customer's track, frame and assembly requirements

01

Custom Metal Stamping

Our in-house stamping equipment produces brackets, housings, mounting plates and relatedhardware parts. Material, sheet thickness, hole positions and formed dimensions follow theapproved drawing. Tooling can be developed for custom component shapes.

02

Hardware Design and Development

We can develop component drawings from samples, installation dimensions or functional
requirements. Our team reviews mounting space, fixing points and roller position, thenproposes a structure suitable for manufacturing and sample evaluation.

03

Compact Bracket Integration

Roller wheels, bearings, shafts and stamped brackets can be assembled into complete hardware units. Component fit, retention and mounting position are checked against the approved drawing, sample and installation requirements. Finished assemblies can then be supplied as separate roller hardware or prepared for sample evaluation and repeat production.

MATERIALS & HARDWARE CONSTRUCTION

Material Options for Door and Window Roller Hardware

Door and window roller hardware combines wheel materials, metal brackets, bearings and mounting components within a compact assembly. Material selection should consider track contact, installation space, environmental exposure and the structure of the surrounding door or window frame.

ROLLER & HARDWARE MATERIALS
01

Nylon Roller Wheels

Nylon wheels are used in sliding door and window roller assemblies where a durable engineering-plastic running surface is required. Wheel profile and dimensions should be matched to the actual track geometry.

ROLLER & HARDWARE MATERIALS
02

POM Roller Components

POM is used in selected window and sliding roller products for compact wheel structures requiring stable dimensions and smooth contact with the track. It can be combined with metal brackets and bearing components in complete roller assemblies.

ROLLER & HARDWARE MATERIALS
03

Zinc Alloy & Stainless Steel Hardware

Zinc alloy and stainless steel components are used in brackets, housings and other structural hardware within the current HUNE range. Material choice depends on the required mounting structure, mechanical function and operating environment.

SURFACE & ASSEMBLY CONSIDERATIONS
01

Track Contact Surface

The roller surface should be selected according to the mating track material and profile. Wheel material, groove shape and contact geometry all influence how the roller runs inside the finished sliding system.

SURFACE & ASSEMBLY CONSIDERATIONS
02

Metal Component Protectio

Metal brackets, housings and fasteners may require suitable surface protection depending on humidity, exposure and appearance requirements. Any specified finish should be confirmed from the drawing, sample or approved product specification.

SURFACE & ASSEMBLY CONSIDERATIONS
03

Bearing & Hardware Assembly

Wheel bodies, bearings, axles and brackets should be reviewed as one assembly. Fit, retention method and mounting position must be compatible so that the completed roller hardware matches the intended frame and track structure.

ROLLER HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT

From Customer Requirements to Custom Roller Hardware

HUNE develops custom stamped parts and roller assemblies from drawings, samples or application requirements. We review the installation structure, prepare the component design and tooling, and produce samples for customer evaluation before batch production.

01

Requirement Review and Component Design

Share your drawing, sample or installation requirements. We review the track section, mounting space, fixing holes and roller position, then develop or refine the component drawing for manufacturing.

02

Tooling Development and Sample Production

Where new tooling is required, we develop stamping dies and injection moulds for the agreed component design. Sample metal parts and roller components are produced for dimensional checks and assembly evaluation.

03

Batch Production and Roller Assembly

After sample approval, we manufacture the agreed components and assemble them where required. Inspection covers specified dimensions and assembly functions, with packaging prepared according to the order requirements.

RFQ CHECKLIST

What to Send for a Door & Window Roller Hardware Quotation

Clear information about the existing roller, track and installation structure helps HUNE identify a suitable standard part or review a custom solution more efficiently. Drawings and samples are preferred, but basic dimensions and application details can also be used for an initial evaluation.

1

Drawing, Sample or Product Reference

Provide the existing roller, technical drawing, product photo or reference model where available. Clear images of the complete roller assembly and its installation position can help identify the required structure.

2

Key Dimensions & Track Details

Provide the wheel diameter and width, groove profile, axle or hole size, bracket dimensions, mounting-hole positions and available installation space. Track or frame dimensions are also useful when the roller must match an existing system.

3

Quantity & Functional Requirements

Provide the required quantity and explain whether the roller is used for bottom support, upper guidance, anti-jump positioning, hanging or soft-close movement. Any adjustment, mounting or assembly requirements should also be included.
