Overview

Product Type:Wardrobe sliding door bottom roller

Roller Size:8*39.5*8mm

This anti-jump wardrobe sliding door bottom roller assembly is designed for bottom-running wardrobe, closet and cabinet doors. It combines a Y groove bearing wheel, protective housing and curved spring clip in one compact unit.

The wheel supports the door and runs along the bottom track. The spring structure helps the roller remain engaged with the track when the door moves or passes over small track irregularities. The housing protects the internal wheel and allows the assembly to fit inside or alongside the lower door profile.

We can customise the housing dimensions to match the available installation space. The wheel diameter, width, profile and colour can also be modified according to the customer’s track and door system. Customers can provide a drawing, physical sample or track profile for evaluation.

Advantage

Anti-Jump Spring Structure

The curved spring clip helps maintain contact between the roller and the track. This reduces the risk of the wheel lifting out of position when the door is moved quickly or encounters minor track irregularities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you customise the housing dimensions?

Yes. We can modify the housing length, width, height, internal clearance and mounting position. Please provide the available installation space or a drawing of the lower door profile.
Can the wheel diameter be changed?
Yes. We can change the wheel outside diameter and width according to the track and installation requirements. A major diameter change may also require a new housing or a different spring position.
Can you produce a different wheel profile?
Yes. The wheel can use a flat, convex, concave, U-groove, V-groove or customer-specific running profile. We recommend providing the track cross-section so that we can check the contact geometry.
Can the product colour be customised?
Yes. The wheel and housing colours can be changed. Colour availability and MOQ depend on the material, manufacturing process and required colour standard.
Can you manufacture the roller from our sample?
Yes. You can send us an existing roller, track sample or complete door profile. We will check the important dimensions and evaluate whether an existing mould can be modified or a new mould is required.
What information do you need for a quotation?
We normally need the product drawing or sample, wheel dimensions, housing dimensions, track profile, door weight, material requirements, colour and expected order quantity.
Can you recommend a roller if we only provide the track drawing?
Yes. We can compare the track geometry with our existing wheel structures and recommend a close model. If an existing wheel is not suitable, we can evaluate a customised wheel profile.
Is a new mould always required for customisation?
No. A new mould may not be necessary when an existing wheel or housing is close to the required dimensions. We first check whether wheel machining, axle modification, colour changes or housing adjustments can meet the requirement.
A new mould is normally considered when the wheel profile, housing dimensions, mounting structure or spring geometry differs substantially from the existing design.
Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. We can provide an existing similar model for an initial quality check. For a newly tooled product, we will produce samples after the mould is completed and submit them for approval before mass production.
How do you confirm that the roller fits our system?
The most reliable method is to check the roller together with the customer’s track and lower door profile. We can review drawings, compare dimensions and perform installation or track testing when the required components are available.

Customization Service

We provide OEM and ODM customisation for wardrobe sliding door bottom roller assemblies. The housing dimensions, wheel structure and mounting details can be modified to fit the customer’s door profile, bottom track and installation space.

Customers can send us a technical drawing, physical sample, track cross-section or complete door profile. We first compare the required structure with our existing models. If a current mould is close to the required dimensions, we will assess whether secondary machining or component adjustment can meet the application requirements. A new mould is recommended when the wheel profile, housing dimensions or mounting structure differs substantially from the existing design.

How to Choose

  1. 1

    Check the Track Profile

The wheel must match the track contact surface. Please provide a track drawing, cross-sectional profile or clear photograph with dimensions.

  2. 2

    Confirm the Wheel Dimensions

Changing the wheel diameter may also require modification of the housing and spring position.

  3. 3

    Provide the Door Weight

The total door weight affects the wheel material, bearing selection, axle structure and number of rollers required per door. Please provide both the weight per door and the number of roller assemblies used.

  4. 4

    Confirm the Installation Position

Please tell us whether the roller will be fitted inside an aluminium profile, mounted on the side of the door or inserted into a prepared opening. A drawing of the lower door frame helps us check the housing dimensions and mounting position.

  5. 5

    Describe the Working Environment

Please indicate whether the roller will be used in a dry indoor room, humid area, commercial building or another environment. This information helps us select a suitable bearing seal, axle material and surface treatment.
